Domestic Shipping (UK)

For customers within the UK, 

• Tracked24 £5.00
• Orders over £50 will be upgraded to Tracked24 signed £5.00

All items will be shipped with Royal Mail (unless otherwise stated) Although Royal Mail Tracked24 is within a day - they do allow up to 14working days for your item to arrive after the delivery date.

International Shipping

For our international customers.

• Europe: Starting from £10
• Everywhere Else: Starting from £15

All international packages are sent International Tracked.

If parcels get held up by customs, unfortunalety the customer is responsible for any charges. Parcles that do get held up bu customs, they can take up to 6 weeks for the item to arrive. 

Please ensure you enter the correct address when placing your order. Moonlight Fibre will not be held responsable for incorrect address'. 

Processing Time

At Moonlight Fibre, I strive to process orders as quickly as possible. My aim is to have your order ready for shipment within a 1 - 2 working days (for ready to ship). In the rare event that I am unable to meet this timeframe, I will personally reach out to you and provide an update.

Please note that the processing time does not include the shipping time once your order has been handed over to Royal Mail.

It's important to mention that the processing time mentioned above does not apply to Dyed-To-Order purchases or any other Pre-Order purchases, such as Advent Calendars, Clubs etc. For these specific items, please refer to the details provided within the product listings.
