Combining Orders

If you have already placed an order earlier today and wish to add another item, you can combine the orders. Please send me a message on the day you place the orders, with the order numbers. I'll will do my best to combine the orders when I package them at 5pm each day. To ensure your orders are combined, please message me before this time.

Ready to Ship

Ready to ship yarns. Unless it states "dye to order." All yarns are ready to be shipped to you promptly. I understand the excitement of starting your knitting project, and I aim to get your order to you as soon as possible.

I want to ensure transparency and provide you with realistic expectations regarding the arrival of your order.

Inclusive Promotion

As a special offer, we provide a 10% discount on orders of 6 or more skeins.

Please note that for this offer, there must be at least 6/8 + full-price yarns in your basket. If the requirements are not met, I reserve the right to cancel your order.

Washing

Superwash Yarns -

Handwash in cool water with your favourite wool wash. Lay flat or block to dry. Although superwash yarn can technically be put in the washing machine, I would always recommend to handwash to keep your items looking their best for longer.

Non-Superwash Yarns -

Handwash in cold water, use minimal wool wash.

Some slight colour bleed is normal during the first few washes. I'd recommend using a colour catcher if your item uses highly contrasting colours.
