Shipping Rates

Domestic Shipping (UK)

For customers within the UK, we offer two shipping options:

  • 1st Class: £4.90
  • 2nd Class: £3.90

And here's some great news! If your order exceeds £100, you will qualify for free 1st Class shipping.

International Shipping

For our international customers

  • Europe: Starting from £10
  • Everywhere Else: Starting from £15

All international packages are sent International Tracked.

Processing Time

At moonlight fibre, I strive to process orders as quickly as possible. My aim is to have your order ready for shipment within a 3-day window. In the rare event that I am unable to meet this timeframe, I will personally reach out to you and provide an update.

Please note that the processing time does not include the shipping time once your order has been handed over to Royal Mail.

It's important to mention that the processing time mentioned above does not apply to Dyed-To-Order purchases or any other Pre-Order purchases, such as Advent Calendars, Clubs etc. For these specific items, please refer to the details provided within the product listings.

Returns Policy

At moonlight fibre, customer satisfaction is my top priority. I want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, I offer a 14-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unused, and in its original packaging. 

If you would like to initiate a return, please contact me at Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization, and return postage costs will be down to the customer to pay.

For damaged or defective items, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately. I will evaluate the issue and make it right.

There are a few exceptions to our return policy. We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or items that are dyed to order, advents, clubs etc.

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

For customers within the European Union, please note that you have a 14-day cooling-off period. This means that you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply as mentioned above regarding the condition of the item and the need for a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once I receive and inspect your return, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
